We Talk Through Your Situation
Whether by phone or in person, we start by understanding your injury, your history, your goals, and what's actually holding you back. If it's an in-person consultation, I'll also do a brief assessment to better understand your condition firsthand.
We Build You a Plan
Based on what we learn, we put together a plan specific to you — your condition, your goals, and the right starting point. No generic programs. No one-size-fits-all packages.
You Begin Training
Once you've reviewed and approved your plan, we get started — moving you through our proven system at the right pace for your body and your goals.
