In the Prehab phase, we teach you how to move properly again mastering fundamental movement patterns like squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling. You’ll develop a stronger, more stable foundation through targeted core activation drills and functional training.

Phase 3: Performance & Fitness — Move, Lift, and Live Better
